At the Strategic Forum 2018 participants discussed the effective communication between authorities, community and business

This is the biggest Strategic Forum in Russia in the field of strategic planning, urban development, and sustainable regional development.

The key event of second day of the Strategic Forum was the panel discussion “Implementing the Strategy together: effective communication of government, business and society”, that the moderator was Ivan Filippov, the Chairman of the Committee for Economic Policy and Strategic Planning of St. Petersburg.

The representatives from the expert community, business and prominent opinion leaders, among them Igor Kustarin, the director of the “Regions development” direction; Petr Rodionov, the head of GEROPHARM Group; Elena Krom, the editor-in-chief RBK Petersburg; Ludinova Yulia, the deputy head of the Administration of Governor of St. Petersburg-Head of Project Management; Valentin Makarov, the president of RUSSOFT Association; Oleg Pelevin, the deputy minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Chris Tan, the managing director of PEMANDU Associates.

The speakers and participants discussed issues of building effective communications between authorities, community and business.

The speakers noted the need for implementation of digital technologies in communication, and integration community for dealing with urban development.

Furthermore, during the discussion, the speakers presented successful regional and international cases in the sphere of building effective communication, and set out the main directions of organization of feedback channels between stakeholders.
