Ivan Filippov participated in the founders‘ meeting of ANO “Strategic partnership of Northwestern Economic and Social Development”

Participants decided issues among which the prolongation of mandate of the current Executive Director of ANO “Strategic partnership of Northwestern Economic and Social Development” Vitaly Shapovalov; the amendments have been made to the Charter and regulations of ANO “Strategic partnership of Northwestern Economic and Social Development”. Also, a partnership agreement of the project “Transport and logistics of Barents region” was ratified by participants for cross-border cooperation program “KOLARCTIC 2014-2020” as an European Neighborhood Partnership Instrument.
Four countries (Russia, Finland, Sweden and Norway) participate in programme of enhancing the attractiveness in the Arctic region.
