Valery Moskalenko and Vladimir Shamakhov signed the Agreement on cooperation

Valery Moskalenko, the Chairman of the Committee for Economic Policy and Strategic Planning of St. Petersburg, and Vladimir Shamakhov, Director of the North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Federation Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), had met in the Committee

Valery Moskalenko presented progress and future plans for the “Single city card” project. In a joint project with RANEPA, professors will keep getting salary on the “Single city card”. Furthermore, students will receive a monthly stipend, and will have ticket discount in public transport.

Institute application “Single city card” will offer the opportunity to use the card as an access control card and an electronic library card. In the future, the “Single city card” after the integration with the RANEPA information system would be used as an electronic student ticket and an electronic student certificate.

Finally, Valery Moskalenko and Vladimir Shamakhov signed the Agreement on cooperation between the Committee for Economic Policy and Strategic Planning of St. Petersburg and the North-West Institute of Management of RANEPA. The agreement established the base of information cooperation on the usage of the Institute application “Single city card”.
